Thank you for shopping with WellDepots. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in a timely manner.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method and see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free Local Pickup Local pickup is available at no charge. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, select the local pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions and location details.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
