We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WellDepots. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or special-order products, items marked as final sale, and products that have been installed or used.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
